We provide three creative services under our one roof: LIVE MUSIC, PHOTOGRAPHY and FILM. You don't have to book us for all three, but we do offer multi service booking discounts (and we are darn good at all three!).

THE WHITE TREE LIVE MUSIC
The White Tree has been rocking dance floors since 2008 and we're proud to have Australia's most talented musicians and DJs gigging with us right around the country. We can travel to ANY wedding or event location, and as you will see below, we offer a range of live music and DJ packages to suit just about any brief.

To explain our music products in simple terms, we offer 3 main packages:

1. Live Band Options: Featuring our 3 - 9 piece band line ups

2. TWT Live Mix: This features our DJ performing together WITH live instruments (sax, trumpet and/or Latin percussion)

3. Acoustic/DJ combos: This combines our live acoustic music early on (solo or duo typically), and a stand alone DJ for the dance sets

We also offer 'add ons' such as live ceremony music and cocktail/acoustic sets (featuring a smaller number of musicians such as a soloist, duo or trio) and additional sets from the band and/or DJ that extend beyond our standard 5hr packages.

All three options are popular and fantastic music options for weddings or events. It just comes down to the aesthetic that you prefer and what your brief is.

But to help you work out your preferred option, let's break down our three options for you and explain their attributes and prices/inclusions together with some handy film examples.

1. The White Tree Band Options
Our full live band options for wedding receptions or corporate events start from a 3 piece band. This is typically a line up of male vocals/guitar, bass and drums. Our 3 - 9 piece band packages are based on a 5hr timeframe (e.g. 6pm - 11pm) and feature 4 x 45min sets (or rather, 3hrs playing time that can be split up as you please). Our PA system and band lighting is also included in this price, sufficient for events of up to 180 guests. We also control appropriate music through the PA during any band breaks so the music is seamless from beginning to end.

Important: We offer cheaper prices for non-Saturday events and winter bookings (in June, July and August). Also, if you book and of our live music packages with our photography and/or film, then a further 5% discount is applied to each service.

3 Piece Band Product Video:

Our 4 piece band is typically male vocals/guitar, bass, drums and keyboard OR female vocals.

4 Piece Band Product Video:

Our 5 piece band is our most popular line up. The most common configuration is male vocals/guitar, female vocals, bass, drums and keyboard.

5 Piece Band Product Video:

Our 6 piece is another popular lineup that enables 2 x lead singers and some brass. The most common lineup being male vocals/guitar, female vocals, bass, drums, keyboard and saxophone.

6 Piece Band Product Video:

Our 7 piece band is great for serious dance floor action. The full brass section makes for an impressive and energetic sound.

Our 8 piece is popular for large weddings and corporate events where the band is the real showpiece of the entire night. The common line up is male vocals/guitar, female vocals, bass, drums, keyboard, sax, trumpet and Latin percussion

2. The White Tree Live Mix
This product features our DJ performing together WITH our live musicians. The instruments that can perform with the DJ are sax, trumpet and/or Latin percussion. The White Tree Live Mix 1 features the DJ + 1 instrument of your choice. TWT Live Mix packages are all based on a 5hr timeframe (e.g. 6pm - 11pm) and features the DJ on call for the full duration and then the live musician to perform with the DJ for 3 x 40min sets (or rather, 120mins total playing time which you can split up as you please). Our PA system and lighting is also included in this price, sufficient for events of up to 180 guests.

***LIVE ACOUSTIC ADD ONES***
With The White Tree Live Mix product, you are able to add our Live Acoustic Add Ons package. This features the following inclusions:
- 30mins of live music pre ceremony as guests arrive
- 3 x songs selected by you for the ceremony and performed live. *The musician(s) will learn the songs you choose
- 2 x 45min live acoustic sets which can be used for the cocktail hour, canapes or early stages of the wedding/event
- PA system is included

Acoustic Add On #1: $1,030 inc gst
This features a live soloist for the included performance schedule above (vocals/guitar)

Acoustic Add on #2: $1,710 inc gst
This features 2 live musicians (typically male vocals/guitar and female vocals) for the included performance schedule above

3. Acoustic/DJ Combos

We have two acoustic/DJ combo options, called Best Of Both and the Party Starter.

The Best Of Both features live acoustic music for the first half of the event and then our DJ taking over for the later dance sets. The live sets include a maximum of 3 x 40min sets (or rather, 120mins total playing time) and these sets must be scheduled within the first 3hrs of the event.

We have three Best Of Both Options

Best Of Both 1: $2,570 inc gst
This includes a live soloist to perform live music early on and a DJ for the dance sets

Best Of Both 2: $3,270 inc gst
This includes a live acoustic duo to perform live music early on and a DJ for the dance sets

Best Of Both 3: $3,970 inc gst
This includes a live acoustic trio to perform live music early on and a DJ for the dance sets

*As above, the prices indicated here are our full peak period Saturday rates. Cheaper rates are on offer for non-Saturday weddings/events and winter dates. And 5% discounts apply for multiple service bookings

For the live musicians for the acoustic sets, you can choose the musicians/instruments that you would like.

Live Acoustic Music, Soloist/1 piece

Live Acoustic Music, Duo/2 piece

The Party Starter package is a cost effective option featuring live acoustic early on (3 x 40min sets) and then our singer remains behind with the PA system to play dance music for the latter stages of the event. Note: This is not a full DJ service, it is equipment hire.

Our singer will remain on hand to ensure the equipment is set up and mixed correctly. They can play our White Tree curated dance playlist that features a collection of dance floor filling tracks. Or, they can connect your own custom playlist that you have created via a platform such as Spotify.

The Party Starter is great for relaxed/low key weddings, or situations where you are wanting to keep the entertainment budget in check. The peak Saturday price is $1,750

Ceremony Package
If you are booking the Best Of Both or Party Starter, you can add our live ceremony music as follows:
Soloist: $690 inc gst
Duo: $990 inc gst

THE WHITE TREE PHOTOGRAPHY

We have a small team of legendary photographers based in Sydney and we shoot all around NSW (and abroad). We have 3 x simple options, Level 1, 2 or 3. These levels are separated simply by the hours of coverage and subsequently the number of photos delivered.

Level 1 features 3hrs coverage and 500 hi res photos (minimum). Level 2 features 6hrs coverage and 750 hi res photos (minimum). Level 3 features 9hrs coverage and 1000 photos (minimum). Each gallery also comes with an online highlights gallery, and all hi res photos are delivered colour AND black and white. We also create a personalised cloud-based platform for easy downloading and safe keeping.

THE WHITE TREE FILM
In terms of how we work our inclusions, it’s again pretty simple. We have the three Levels (1, 2 and 3), differentiated by the hours of coverage and the subsequent number of edits.
